So many people have hung out their shingles as a life coach, it can be hard to remember how valuable a great coach really can be.  I’ve had the great fortune to work with two amazing coaches over the past few years.

Dr. Charlie Brown is a rock star.  I first met him when I interviewed him for an article for Vogue.  He coaches CEO’s and Olympians and occasionally, civilians like me.

Someone dear to me gave me the gift of three sessions with Suparna Bhasin, founder of She Creates Change.  It was interesting to work with a woman for awhile and Suparna really helped me envision and own all the things that are important to me that I don’t always give myself credit for: being a mother and a wife, a friend and a daughter.  Suparna helped me add love and spirituality to my matrix of success and it changed my life.

It’s still early in the New Year and I have to say, if there’s some dream you are holding, some brass ring that you want to grab this year or if you want to take a look at your heart and your life and make sure that the pieces add up the way you want them to, then consider working with a coach. And if a coach has helped you, please leave a comment and share your story.  We’d love to hear it.
