I’ve been a fan of Katrina Markoff and her company, Vosges Haut Chocolate for a long time.  This year, I wanted to get a special thank you gift for a friend and let me tell you, I’m really happy that I had this library of exotic chocolates sent to my house because it is even more impressive in person.  It is huge.   And because I’m not a size queen, I will say the mini libraries are just as fab.
