Je T'aime Le Creuset

I first met Le Creuset when I was given one as a wedding gift. Then came the tea kettle and then the minis. The minis are wonderful because two make a lovely present, but they won’t break the bank.

Lately, I’ve been using the minis to make individual sized beef wellingtons, but they are great for mini savory pies of all sorts, including my Moroccan chicken pot pie. The day that Epicurious published my recipe was one of my best domestic goddess moments ever:
